Intensives…
are 2-hour sessions to address specific problems within one setting utilizing a family system solution-based approach. Sessions are facilitated in-person at our Oxon Hill location by Dr. Lancaster. Intensives are customized to fit the need of your family and are directive in nature to achieve resolution in one session. Sessions are an opportunity for couples, friends, siblings, parents, and even workgroups to come together to better understand one another. By engaging in this process through a systemic lens with a solution-based approach people can resolve conflict and move forward in a healthier way. Sessions are $400 for 2 hours (invoices can be provided for third party reimbursement) and a $100 deposit is due upon scheduling. Couples can also participate in Gottman Connect (registration is an additional $149).
